Foothills Asphalt & Concrete has served this community for over 40 years. Our reputation was built on doing the job right, keeping jobsites clean, communicating clearly, and never cutting corners.

We’re looking for crew members who take pride in their work, show up ready every day, and want to grow with a company that takes care of its people. This role is open to all experience levels — from those just starting in the trade to those ready to lead.

  • Protect customer property and represent Foothills professionally on every job
  • Communicate clearly with your crew — and leave it better than you found it

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Shows up consistently, on time, and ready to work — reliability matters more than experience
  • Takes ownership of the quality of their work, not just the task
  • Communicates directly and works well as part of a crew
  • Follows safety rules and proven best practices — no cutting corners
  • Asks questions instead of guessing, and applies feedback
  • Construction or field experience preferred — not required for entry-level
