WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work on asphalt installation, concrete forming, sealcoating, and related projects
- Follow crew lead direction and contribute to quality work from start to finish
- Operate tools and equipment safely, properly, and responsibly
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
- Protect customer property and represent Foothills professionally on every job
- Communicate clearly with your crew — and leave it better than you found it
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Shows up consistently, on time, and ready to work — reliability matters more than experience
- Takes ownership of the quality of their work, not just the task
- Communicates directly and works well as part of a crew
- Follows safety rules and proven best practices — no cutting corners
- Asks questions instead of guessing, and applies feedback
- Construction or field experience preferred — not required for entry-level

Advancement is earned — not time-based. Skill, reliability, safety record, and leadership ability determine progression.
APPEARANCE & ATTIRE
- Company-issued Foothills attire required on all job sites
- Closed-toe work footwear minimum
- Clothing must be clean and presentable
- Basic personal hygiene expected at all times
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Standing, bending, and physical labor for full shifts
- Outdoor work in varying weather and temperatures
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely
